 Is there a way to subtract one RSMA from another and have the results appear in the active watchlist column?

 You can Plot the difference between two Indicators by Dragging and Dropping one Indicator onto another Indicator and select Create Indicator | Difference.

You can then Drag and Drop the resulting Indicator to the Watchlist and select Raw Value to display this result as a Watchlist Column.
