 It seems to me that someone have to asked this already but I can't find it in the archives

scan for:
1) chooses the best sector within stocks ( ex. oil recently)
2) then selects the best stocks within that group - strong EPS,fundamamentals etc.
3) stock trending strongly

 I think if you watch these training videos, you'll be finding outperforming industries, and the strong stocks in those industries in no time at all.

Uncover the stocks driving the strongest industry groups
Using the Industry Menu to analyze stocks relative to their industries and sub-industries
Use Comparison and Relative Strength graphs to compare a stock to the rest of its industry group
