A bullish percent index (BPI) measures the percentage of stocks in a given sector trading with a bullish chart pattern.   Whenever the bullish percent index for a sector drops below 20, it's oversold and due for a bit of a bounce. If the BPI rallies above 80, it's overbought and traders should be on the lookout for a correction.

Does TC2000 have method of doing this please?

I don't know of a way to do this in TeleChart.  It may be possible in Blocks, though.

What constitutes a "bullish chart pattern"?

Is there a different percent for each industry?
