 I am looking for an add on to telecharts a drawing program that can be used in conjuction with telecharts so that when I notice something in the second or third window I can mark it or draw a trend line
Any suggestions

 I don't think a program exists that allows you to draw on the other two panes in TeleChart (and save those drawings for when you return to the stock).

Blocks allows you to draw on any pane and any indicator.
