Need help .......In the personal criteria , I want to say......  

Todays price is no more than 10% above the lowest price on the entire chart

the entire chart may go back 5 years

the 10% figure will vary

I am not sure what you mean by the "entire chart".  Can you elaborate?  Do you mean the visible chart or the stocks history or just lowest low for the past 5 years?

I want a list of all stocks whereby their todays price, are no more than 10% above their lowest price over a specified period.   Like 5 years maybe

A false result only means the condition was not TRUE for the symbol you tested it on.

Please check out this video: How to create a Personal Criteria Forumula (PCF)

Calculate the PCF and sort or scan with it to find the stocks that are TRUE for the condition.
