TC2005 does not allow to add Rate of change indicator in any blank window or does not ask option to select top, middle, bottom window.

Rate of change is a child indicator (must be added to another indicator). Click the EDIT button on the chart and add your parent indicator. Click the PLUS next to this indicator and add the ROC. For Price Rate of Change, it is missing from the right-click menu but is available under the EDIT screen mentioned above. PROC is a parent indicator and can be added to any window.
