Is there any significance to the scaling on TSV on the right side above and below zero.  It's my understanding that above zero is accumulation and below Zero is distribution; however, for example, what does 2000 mean vs 119(number chosen at random.) If it came down to two stocks and it's a toss up, do I want a higher number?

thanks much,

No.  All that matters is if it is above or below the zero line.  The values beyond that are meaningless.
