 I was wondering at what time prices and charts are available to update?

 There are two cutoffs of differing importance at the end of the market day. The first occurs about twenty minutes after the market closes. At this point, you can get unaudited market close data. The second normally occurs between 6:30 and 8:00PM ET. This is when the audited Market Close update is sent to the servers.
