Is there a way to put how much the stock is up or down for the dayo on the chart?

Both TeleChart and Blocks already have both the Net Change and Percent Change (colored red for negative and green for positive) on the chart by default.

On my scottrade it says T at&t is down -.70 cents right now I do not see that on my blocks chart

It is on my charts in the upper right hand corner (OK, it's actually showing -0.74 on my charts, but we aren't looking at the same time).
If it isn't on your charts, I can only think of a few reasons why (you should have Platinum Blocks, I checked):
Your Time Frame isn't 1-Day.
You don't have the Streaming Box (S) checked in the Time Frame.
You aren't scrolled all the way to the right.
The Last Bar Changed that was originally on the chart got deleted.
