I am a new user of telechart. So far so good although obviously it is taking me time to learn the system. I currently am an end of day gold user.
I tend to trade 6-10 trades a day with approx 1 or 2 trades for longer term and the balance inter day.
Would you guys suggest io look into the Platinum service with live up dates (as i understand it) or Blocks with live updates.
Thanks

You're welcome. One thing I didn't mention is that actually talking over your options can be a big help.
All e-mail communication sent to support@worden.com during business hours (Monday through Friday 9AM-11PM and Saturday and Sunday 9AM-3PM ET) should be answered within 20 minutes of arrival. For an even quicker response to non-technical support issues, we recommend calling our toll free sales line at (800) 776-4940 (the phones close at 9PM ET on weekdays).
