 What PCF formula do I use to look for stocks that looks for stocks using Relative Strength to the SP-500 that trade above the 30 Moving average. In other words stock that are performing better then the SP-500
Chart settings
RS
comparison symbol SP-500
Then plot a 30 day MA

 I do not know of a practical automated method for doing this. You may wish to review the following for a semi-automated technique for creating Relative Strength in a Personal Criteria Formula:
