1. I have seen any S&P index for financial and also Energy. Is possible to know if it is there?

2. I have added indicator Relative strength and it works in the middle but at the bottom it is just line for another RS.

3. Is RS the same as Relative strength?

Selecting Jump | Company Name Search and searching for S&P brings up a list at which to look. I find some ETFs for such indexes, but I don't find the indexes themselves.

A Relative Strength plotted against the same symbol should look the same in either the middle or bottom pane. The only differences should be a result of different pane heights (and that's just a result of the panes having different aspect ratios.

Yes.
