 Same idea as your TSV one posted in Tsv 31 crosses MA 10.

Let me know if this works for you.

(MS1 > AVG(MS1,22)) and (MS1.1 < AVG(MS1.1,22))

 Seems to work, however Tsv crossing over 10 MA does not work the same. see symbol SKIL and others
