 InsitituteBuy is one of items in telechart Colume contents. It is either true or false.
How you define the value of "true" and "false"?

Is true mean insititute buy increase receently?

 I have no idea what InstituteBuy is. This is not something that comes with TeleChart. This means, at some point, you created a PCF called that and added it to one of your WatchList columns.

If you share the PCF formula here I can tell you what it means.
