The criteria that Peter Worden used in the Winning Stock Selection Simplified video have not been compiled anywhere. He often uses criteria that are already built into the program. If you could let me know what criteria you're interested in, I'd be glad to let you know if they are built in, and if they aren't, to write the PCF's up for you.
