Help Please... Wish to have (xavgc9.1-xavgc15.1)<(xavgc12.1-xavgc15.1) and (xavgc9-xavgc15)>(xavgc12-xavgc26) and (xavgc12-xavgc15)< 0
I am trying to use: macd 9.15.1 and macd 12.26.1 and have them cross up below zero. The above looks good to me, but the selections are not always valid.

When you say "cross up" do you mean cross each other?
If so, your PCF is fine. Yesterday the value of the 9/15 is less than the value of the 12/15 and today the opposite is true.
On your charts you may not see the crossing visually. If you have both MACDs plotted in the same window they are plotted ON THEIR OWN SCALES. This means visual crosses and actual crosses are two different things when the two are on their own scales.
You PCF is fine, you just can't visually confirm it on your charts b/c the two MACDs are not drawn on the same scale.
