I run Telechart, it loads data and settings and then just disappears.

Any idea?

If TeleChart gets to 'Reading Settings' before shutting down, please try the steps below:

1) Double-click the My Computer icon (it may be located on your Start Menu).
2) Double-click Local Disk C.
3) Double-click the Program Files folder.
4) Double-click the TeleChart folder.
5) Double-click the User folder.
6) Double-click the Data folder.
7) Double-click the CustTemplates folder.
8) Right click the file 5833FEF0A9314C6BA68224E83B901164.tpl and select Delete.
9) Click Yes if it asks for confirmation.
10) Close the My Computer window.
11) Reopen TeleChart.

Rebooting the computer is not necessary in most cases but if the steps above do not work, delete the file 5833FEF0A9314C6BA68224E83B901164.tpl again (it is recreated by running TeleChart.exe), restart your computer and see if the program will open.

If you are unable to delete the file, restart Windows in Safe Mode by pressing F8 as the computer reboots and try again.

Note: The most common cause of this problem is when the computer's power is turned off while TeleChart is running. It is best to close TeleChart before shutting off the computer.

If this does not resolve the issue, you will need to contact technical support. All e-mail communication sent to support@worden.com during business hours (Monday through Friday 9AM-11PM and Saturday and Sunday 9AM-3PM ET) should be answered within 20 minutes of arrival. For an even quicker response to tech support questions, we recommend calling our voice line at (919) 408-0542 (there is no phone support on Sundays or after 9PM ET on weekdays).
