To sign in to TeleChart 2005, you will need to create a Username and Password for your account. You will use this same Username and Password to sign into all Worden products as well as areas of our website reserved for customers at your service level.

Do you mean when you try to log into the program, or when you're trying to watch the video above? If you are using Mozilla, you might want to do a search of the forums for information.

Unfortunately, other than that, we are not equipped here in the forums to address technical issues like this. You'll need to have the technical support staff help you figure out what's going on. support@worden.com or (919)408-0542.

You just missed them today...they finished up at 3PM EST. They will be available again on Monday from 9AM-9PM. Sorry I can't help you here.

I'm a longtime TCNet user and have a TCNet name (BestQuest). Is this what I'm meant to use as my UserName in TC2005? Do I have the option of creating and using some other UserName? If I create and use another UserName what relevance, if any, will my TCNet name (BestQuest) have in the future?

Please let me know about this as soon as possible.

Many thanks,

BestQuest

I forgot to mention in my posting immediately above that I have a UserName and password that I use to login to www.worden.com, but I've forgotten what they are. Presently, I'm being logged in automatically to the www.worden.com site. Don't know whether this is relevant but thought I should mention it.

Thanks again,

BestQuest

P.S., I can't get your spell checker to work.

You're BestQuest on the forums so that's your username (what you use to log in to the website). Your username and TCName are one in the same. If you can't remember your password, there's a button on the sign in dialog for "I've forgotten my Username and Password". Just click that and follow the prompts.

I installed the upgrade to TC2005 having forgotten to close the program. Now, when I try to open it, I get an error message. Please let me know how to correct this.

You'll have to reinstall the upgrade. There's a link on this topic:

New Version 6.0.26

Make sure you select Repair when prompted.
