What is the calculation behind the Option as % of stock?
No matter what I do I don't get the same number as TC

It's the price of the option divided by the price of the stock. 1.78 / 195.76 * 100 rounded to two decimal places.
Make sure your option plot and option % of stock are using the same source: Bid, Ask, Mid or Last
