Topic: Peter's QQQQ Stock Picker chart as a leading indicator for QLD/QID movment?

Would my theory work?  In search of some kind of real time QLD/QID indicator to help me take advantage of the volatility move with these double weighted ETFs.  Any Suggestions?  HELP.
