I use v18, but am needing to also download version 7.  Please direct me to a link for for this.

You can download version 7 here http://www.worden.com/telechartinstall

Version 7 requires a subscription to Dow Jones Indexes - Delayed or Dow Jones Indexes - Real-Time.
