 Please try the following:

ABS(C > C1) - (C1 > C2) - (C2 > C3) - (C3 > C4) - (C4 > C5) - (C5 > C6) - (C6 > C7) - (C7 > C8) - (C8 > C9) - (C9 > C10) - (C10 > C11) - (C11 > C12) - (C12 > C13) - (C13 > C14) - (C14 > C15) >= 12

If you want it to be exactly 12-Bars instead of at least 12-Bars, get rid of the > sign and just leave it as = 12.

 Wow, thanks for super fast help Bruce.   With this pcf template you gave me I can tweak it around some and experiment, say 8 out of 10 days, etc.

 Works great...it spit out about 8 stocks, with a couple just what I'm looking for to monitor for pullbacks, DECK, BSFT.  Thanks again!
