Welcome to the forums. A very good foundation for learning how to use TeleChart can be gained by reviewing the following:

If you are new to TeleChart READ THIS FIRST!

I don't understand the question.

AVGC200 is a Personal Criteria Formula for the 200-Period Simple Moving Average of the Close.
C250 is a PCF for the Closing Price 250-Bars Ago.
AVGC200.250 is a PCF for the 200-Period Simple Moving Average of the Close 250-Bars Ago.

Note that there is a C missing from AVGC200.250 in the formula given in your post. This formula would otherwise return True when the Close was less than the 200-Period Simple Moving Average of the Close (all from 250-Bars Ago). You may wish to review the following:

Hi Bruce,

Thanks for your reply.

I was actually trying to write the above PCF in stockfinder realcode.

Finally, I plotted a 200day moving average and used it in the real code to write the PCF which worked fine.

With Regards,
Sanjaya

That is the supported way of using Indicators in RealCode in StockFinder. I'm happy to read you were able to figure it out on your own.
