Hey, I cant find any related topics around this in the new version, but is it possible to customize your own hotkeys ?

No, it is not possible to arbitrarily customize the hot keys in TC2000 version 12.3. All you can do is switch between the Default and Version 7 hot keys under Tools | System Settings | General.
