Please help to create PCF to scan for stocks hitting their all time high, (not 52week high)

Thanks

TC2000 version 12.2 is limited to 500 bars of data. So as long as you are the stock has less than 41 years of data or you are willing to settle for that much data you could cilck in Price History on a Monthly chart and select Create Scan Condition. You would then select New High from the Condition drop down menu and set it to at 500 Bar High.

Creating Scan and Sort Conditions

Note that returning true would just mean that the All Time High was during the current calendar month. It would not mean that the current Daily Bar was reaching an All Time High. I do not know of another method which would work in TC2000 version 12.2.
