The See What's New in Version 12.1 (17-minutes) video is working correctly from every place I've tried it (and I'm currently outside the Worden Brothers network).

FYI, Bruce:  I couldn't play the "See What's New in Version 12.1" video either. The message said I needed "realtime". I rebooted my computer and then it played.

Thank you for the feedback. I will keep that in mind and suggest a reboot if any other customers ecounter the same issue.
