There seems to be a disturbing trend, that Telechart support for PCF's is giving way to Blocks. We still have a lot of die hard users of Telechart, don't forget us. In particular, of late no PCF's are included with the Stocks and Commodities Magazine Traders Tips.
Any explanation why ?

There was never a TeleChart tutorial in the back of S&C in the past that I am aware of. Blocks is ideal for creating custom conditions and indicators so we started contributing to S&C once Blocks was released.

Sorry, I feel a bit like a fool, I checked back issues of S & C mag. You're totally right. Is there a time line when Blocks 3.0 will be available to public. I can't travel to seminars.

what is stocks and commodity magazine? is it free to telechart users?

It's a magazine called Technical Analysis of Stocks & Commodities. It is not free. It has a Traders' Tips section where one of the articles is generally implemented for a variety of software packages (Blocks included).
