I know how to create one, since I've dont that ( New->Indicator), but how do I then edit it to change it??

Library-> has conditions but not indicators....

I know it must be there, I'm just not seeing it...

Select Library | Add Plot to Chart | Formulas | Edit (to the right of the name of the Indicator Formula).
