You can do a Quick Sort in the TC2000.com version 11 beta without knowing the setting of the MACD. You would click on the MACD and select Quick Sort (or Add Column) | Based On: Crossing Up Moving Average.

If you want to create a Personal Criteria Formula, you need to know the settings of the MACD however. For example, the following PCF would return True when an Exponential MACD 12,26 was crossing up through its 9-Period Exponential Moving Average Signal Line:
XAVGC12 - XAVGC26 > XAVG(XAVGC12,9) - XAVG(XAVGC26,9) AND XAVGC12.1 - XAVGC26.1 <= XAVG(XAVGC12.1,9) - XAVG(XAVGC26.1,9)
