Is it possible to create a chart to find the percentage of stocks within a sector (MG110, MG120 etc.) above their 50 pma? Similar to Worden Market Indicator T2108.

Yes, just Drag and Drop Price History onto the Moving Average and select Create Rule | Above MovAvg 50 to create a Rule. Then right-click on the Rule and select Create Custom Index | Morningstar Main Group | Next | Percentage Passing | Next | Finish.
