When I set Chart Template - Scaling - Medium, I get the Windows message:"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." Then the program closes itself. I use Windows 10-64 bits.

What must I review first to go on with the setting of the chart template? thanks

They also have Live Chat, but catch them before 2pm ET on Saturday, or wait for Monday.
