Topic: slow loading or no charts acces at all

Chart updates seems to be slow lately. Used to be that charts would refresh immediately while scolling through a watch list but now it can take 10-30 seconds tor the charts to load. It seems to be inconsistent, sometime the charts appear right away while other times they don't. 

Is Worden aware of this and is anything being done about it? 

Anyone else seeing this kind of slow performance?

Thanks Bruce for the quick reply. I just sent backup settings to support so they can do the workaround.

Just install v12 and imported everything from tc2007 but none of the chart templates are there and f1-f9 hotkeys don't work either. Import dialogue box showed 11 chart templates being imported but they don't appear to be anywhere. Should they be in the list of Charts? Watchlists and scans imported fine. Anyone else having this problem.
