Can TC2000 calculate the ratios of two stocks or indexes and display the ratio as an indicator or trend line?

Yes, you can do that with the Relative Strength indicator.  This plots a ratio of the mail symbol on the chart and the symbol you set in the indicator.

Thanks, but a further question for clarifiction :

Investopedia says RS is the ratio of the rate of change of two entities as opposed to say the daily stock prices. What is the distinction? Does Invetopedia have it wrong?

I'm not saying they are wrong but there are multiple ways to measure relative strength.

You are pretty much going to get the Investopedia calculations if you add a Rate of Change Percent indicator to the chart and change the Data Source to use Relative Strength (RS) instead of Price HIstory.
