is there a way to download all price data from tc2000?

and

is there an API for tc2000?

Don't know about an API.
Bruce or StockGuy or Support should know.

There isn't an API for TC2000 v12/v18. It is not possible to export an entire WatchList of data at a time from TC2000 v12/v18.
