Bruce,
In SF I have 3 rules painted as hash marks under the charts that show the liquidity level of the stocks over time
I have one for if the Dollar Volume is > 2.5 Million in white, another for if DV is > 5 million per day in yellow and another if DV is > 10 million in green
This way at a quick glance as I looking at the last year or two of the chart I can see how liquid the stock has been
Can I do anything like this in TC?

You could plot Custom PCF % True Indicators.
White:
C * V > 2500000
Yellow:
C * V > 5000000
Green:
C * V > 10000000
