Happy Friday, Bruce!
Just thought of this on the drive home, not sure if it's doable ...
Can you use a comparison chart on option contracts, like you can with stocks?
If not, I suppose a workaround could be tiling multiple charts horizontally, and pinning all but one of the price panes. I'd have to sync up all the candles manually, though ... so I wouldn't be zooming in & out much.
The SPY offers so many different contracts, and expirations three times a week, ... I'd like to compare and contrast diiferent contracts as painlessly as possible.

If you edit the chart properties and set the "Option Sym" tab to "plot the option" you can overlay a comparison chart on the option history.

I tried this, but ...
I'm not looking to compare an option contract to other stocks, ETFs, indexes, etc.
What I was hoping to do was to compare multiple option contracts to one another.
For example, 3 contracts, same strike price, different expiration dates. Or same expiration, but different strikes. You get the idea.
It would be a nice way to compare & contract option contracts, and a tool to make more informed decisions.
If this isn't possible, I suppose I can tile a few charts horizontally. It wouldn't be ideal, and I wouldn't be able to zoom in and out, but I could get by.
