Bruce,

Can we scan options data in TC? 

For ex I like to scan for options that had the huge jump in open interest

You can scan options by checking on "scan" in the options chain window. There are a lot of options based conditions available (including open interest), but I don't know of a way to scan for an increase in open interest.
