Hi Bruce:

           I am interested in a PCF which counts the number of  previous bars  (up to 200) whose high is within  5 percent ATR20.0 of the current high.

          Similarly for lows versus low...

I am going to assume "whose high is within 5 percent ATR20.0 of the current high" is missing an "of" between percent and ATR20.0.
