How do I write a percentage custom idicator to show the price is the highest in the last 12 weeks please

Please try the following Personal Criteria Formula if this must be true on the current trading day.
H = MAXH60
Or the following if just needs to be true for the current weekly bar.
MAXH5 = MAXH60
