How do I delete all drawings I have on a chart all at once?

How do I delete all Alerts I have in the system at once?

Right-click on the chart and select Drawings | Delete Drawings for [SYMBOL]... | All Drawings for [SYMBOL} (x).

Alerts need to be deleted one by one.

Under news tab to the right it shows the news was from 1h ago or 2d ago. Can I change this to date and time so it would show 4/27 10am

No, there is not a way to make it show the date instead of how long ago the news item was posted.

It really should delete all drawings for that symbol (and not just temporarily). If that is not the case, then please contact technical support.

Another option to try would be the Erase All selection at the bottom of the drawing tools to the right of the chart. That said, its operation is a bit more complicated and selective in that it will only delete the drawings for the symbol on the selected drawing boards.
