Is there anyway for me to set an alert based on what the stock does during the opeining 5 minute candle.

For e.g., for a particular watchlist, I want all stocks alerted that closes at the high, low, top x% percentile, whateever is the criteria, etc. I want the alert based on the 1st 5 min candle. Is it possible?

No, it is not possible. You can set alerts on 5 minute candles, but there is no way to isolate the first intraday bar of the trading day.
