I go to Library / Conditions / My Conditions.  I find the custom PCFs that I created, but there is no Fx next to them.  I cant figure out how to edit.  What am I doing wrong?  Version 16.  Thank you.

Go to My Formulas thats where all the pcf created show up

They do not show up in My Formulas.  They show up in My Conditions, but can not be edited.

The conditions you created directly from charts appear in conditions.

Conditions created using pcf appear in Formulas.

One thing you can try is to restart and see if  that could be a problem.

The Conditions in My Conditions shouldn't be Personal Criteria Formulas it v16. They should be conditions created by clicking on the chart and selecting Create Scan Condition.

Your Condition Formulas should be showing up under Library | Condition | My Formulas.

If you can't edit your Condition Formulas, then please contact technical support.

Its been sometime since I created them and I can not remember how I did it.  But does this mean that Conditions created by clicking on a chart can not be edited?  If so I will re create as PCF.  thank you

You can't really edit saved conditions created by clicking on the chart and selecting Create Scan Condition although such conditions can sometimes be edited in the place where they are used.

For example if you created and are using a condition created by clicking on the chart and selecting Create Scan Condition as an EasyScan Condition, you may be able to click on the condition within the EasyScan and edit it there. This will just change it within the EasyScan however and not anywhere else.
