Topic: PCF question for linear regression and standard deviations

 I am trying to locate a PCF or code for checking if the closing price (C ) is above or below +/- 3 or 4 standard deviations from mean in linear regression. I have tried saerching and have not found it yet. thanks.  It should be good scan for stocks that are extended on price and possible for options on reverse
