Topic: view charts without wifi connection

I fly a lot for business and would like to be able to sort through charts during the flight when I don't have a wifi connection. Is that possible?

I'm looking to develop a scan for charts that trade into new sort term price high, above 10 day moving average on higher volume.

A good example is NETE onuly 30th around 3:15 p.m. (on 5 minute chart)

How do I set up a PCF or Scan to see all the stocks that were an IPO in the last 1 months, 3 months, 6 months?  I want to watch recent IPOs..

Thank you!

How do I do it for the RSI and RSI - Wilder's?

Are there any updates to this? I'd like to search for stocks that have a relative strength number that is hitting a new high.

I would greatly appreciate some help.
I'm trying to create a scan to find stocks that:
1) Currently have the 10 day price moving average > 50 day price moving avg > 150 day price moving average > 200 day price moving avg
2) Volume spike: (V / AVGV50) >= 4.0
3) Volume over 100k per day

Also, would like to see relative rank above 70
(C - AVGC135 ) / AVGC135

The scan I set up doesn't seem to be providing these ideas.

Thank  you in advance for your help.
