Topic: Formula Tests Accurately but will not Graph Accurately

I created a formula for a 3 day simple moving average of the Low:   AVGL3, which tests successfully.  However, when I add the formula to a chart, it displays a moving average that is about 1% off from the actual and tested number.  How can I correct this?

Would like help with a PCF that reflects the MACD Histogram (8,13,9) crossing down thru 0 by at least  .10, and the converse:  crossing up thru 0 by at least .10.  Thanks.
