Thanks!!

it works with the dots above or below the candle.

One last question, can i position it in the body of the candle?

Hi,

May I ask if we can customise the candle to do the following:

- whenever a candle's body is <=50% of the range, it will create a dot on the body.

Please advise.

Thank you

Topic: Screening Using MACD Difference Between MACD and Signal Line
Posted: Thursday, June 2, 2016 1:54:47 AM

Hi,

Sorry to trouble you. I hope I can explain this correctly.

I would like to ask if I can do a PCF based on this criteria:

MACD Line

Short 50

Long 100

Signal Period 9

Exponential

Criteria: I would like to screen for the difference between MACD and Signal to be more than 0.1 (or can be any number I put in) and the difference I just need the absolute number. +ve or -ve doesn't matter

and also the second criteria: the distance of the MACD to the Zero line is more than 0.1 (or any number I put in) and again I just need the absolute number.

Thanks in advance for your kind assistance!

Hi,

I was looking through the screen and comparing values with the chart. I noticed that the exponential value in the PCF is different from the chart. Example:

TARO

EMA (200) Chart: 144.36

PCF formulae: 144.62

XAVGC200 = 144.62

is my formulae wrong? Please advise.

Hi Bruce,

If I want to increase to say 90 days, I just change the 28 to 90?
