Is there a way to plot a higher time frame indicator onto the chart?  

 

I'm want to plot the weekly TF BBands into the daily.  I know I can scan for it, but is there a way to plot it on the chart?

Is there a way to offset BB bands forward?

I'm looking to make a 2 ST Deviation BB Bands offset forward by 1 candle.   Is this possible?
