Fill Based On was set to Net Change. Once I switched it to Open vs Close it corrected the issue I was having. Color Based On was already set to Open vs Close. 

So simple now that I see it!

Why am I getting solid green candles on down days? This happens ocassionaly. 

Settings: Up Bars = Green, Down Bars = Red, Up Bars Filled = NO, Down Bars Filled = Yes
