I am looking for a way to scan for low volatility stocks.  Stocks that have been trading for the last X amount of days and have not moved more than X of a percentage within that time frame.  If possible, I would like to have a further, but optionable criteria, to let me know if the stock is near the center of that channel.

Example: Find stocks that have traded within a 4% range within the last 14 days and are near the center of that channel.
