I am looking to create PCF formula that can show when the difference between the closing price and the 8 day EMA is greater than 2 times the 14 day Aveage True Range

Can you give me the PCF language function for the 14 day Average True Range

I am trying to create a PCF that will show a doji (Almost Doji) candlestick that closes within +/- .005 percent of the closing 8 day EMA.

For instance, if the closing value of the  8 day EMA is $10.00 I would like the formula to show me doji's whose closing price is  between $9.95 and $10.05.

The formula I have for the (Almost) dolji is as follows:

(ABS(O-C)<=((H-L)*0.1))

Can you help me with the rest of the formula?
